You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack Your Item: Place the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number and proof of purchase.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the return address provided in the return instructions.

1.4 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

2. Refunds
